Dr. Ekniti Nitithanprapas (3rd from left), Director General of the Excise Department, and Mr. Shen Xinghua (4th from right), Managing Director and Chairman of Changan Auto Sales (Thailand) Co., Ltd., signed the MOU for supporting the 2nd Phase of EV industry or EV3.5. After the government issued the 2nd measures to promote electric vehicles, so called EV3.5, to ensure the continuous of the sale of electric vehicles in the country. CHANGAN, the manufacturer and importer of electric vehicles “DEEPAL” is the first company eligible to participate the EV3.5 Program. This policy will be effective from 2024 to 2027, which will help stimulate the automotive industry under the 30@30 policy continuously. CHANGAN Company is honored to be part of the government's EV3.5 policy and is ready to sell DEEPAL S07 and DEEPAL L07 at our dealers nationwide from today onwards.
