This campaign is designed to give back to existing customers. The participating vehicle models are: DEEPAL S05 MAX 、DEEPAL S05 PLUS、DEEPAL S05 REEV MAX 、DEEPAL S07、DEEPAL S07 L、DEEPAL NEW S07、DEEPAL L07、DEEPAL L07 S

Customers may participate in this campaign during the period from 11 December 2025 to 21 March 2026 (“Campaign Period”).

Rules, Methods, Conditions, and Terms of Participation

1. Eligibility and Procedures

1.1 Eligibility Requirements

Customers must pass the preliminary review conducted by the Authorized Dealer and satisfy the following conditions:

1.1.1 Limited to the customers registered as the vehicle owner or lawful holder on the Vehicle Registration Certificate are eligible to participate.

1.1.2 The participating vehicle must have an accumulated mileage not exceeded 160,000 km, and the average annual mileage must not exceed 50,000 km.

1.1.3 The participating vehicle may have up to two missed scheduled maintenance cycle services within the prescribed maintenance cycles (The maintenance cycle is required to be completed within 1,000 kilometers (+ tolerance) or one month, whichever occurs first.).

1.1.4 The participating vehicle must complete the following inspections at a Company-designated dealer service center:

Exterior inspection
System diagnostics using the KT710 diagnostic tool

Furthermore, the following core components must be in good condition, unmodified, free from any faults or damage, and fully functional:

High Voltage Battery
Drive Motor
Drive Motor Control System (IPU)

These components must show no deformation, impact marks, cracks, fractures, or any other form of damage.

1.1.5 Vehicles used for commercial purposes or used outside Thailand are not eligible to participate.

2. Customers who meet the eligibility requirements under Section 1 may purchase the package at the following prices during the Campaign Period:

Details of Rights and Benefits

The High Voltage Battery, Drive Motor, and Drive Motor Control Unit (IPU) are covered by a lifetime warranty, valued at THB 65,000—75,000.

Lifetime Warranty Terms

The lifetime warranty applies only to the current owner or the lawful possessor of the electric vehicle participating in this Promotion and is non-transferable, except in the case of a lawful transfer to a spouse.
Vehicles participating in this Promotion must undergo repairs and periodic maintenance each time in accordance with the Company’s requirements, must use only genuine DEEPAL parts, and must be serviced exclusively at Company-authorized service centers.

Circumstances Where Lifetime Warranty Will Be Converted to a Limited Warranty
If any of the following situations occur, the lifetime warranty will be immediately and automatically adjusted to the original vehicle purchase warranty coverage.

Events Triggering the Above Adjustment (Including but Not Limited to):

Change of vehicle ownership or user (except for lawful transfer to a spouse);
Failure to perform maintenance in accordance with the schedule specified in the Maintenance Manual, i.e. exceeding the prescribed interval by more than +1,000 kilometers or +1 month;
Annual mileage exceeding 50,000 kilometers;
Use of the vehicle for commercial purposes or operation outside Thailand.

Other Important Notes

The specific warranty conditions for the high voltage battery, drive motor, and drive motor control system shall be governed primarily by the Warranty & Maintenance Record Booklet and the Owner’s Manual.
If the customer fails to use or maintain the vehicle in accordance with the above documents, the Company reserves the right to terminate warranty coverage.
The warranty does not cover any damage arising from improper use of the vehicle, negligent driving, or accidents. It also excludes the use of the vehicle in racing activities, as well as any abnormal operation or additional modification sperformed without the Company’s guidance.
The Company strongly advises customers to carefully read and strictly comply with the relevant terms and conditions before using the vehicle

3. Company’s Rights
If the customer fails to fully comply with the terms of this promotion, the company reserves the right to refuse to provide the promotion benefits.

4. Other Promotion Terms

4.1 Scope of the Promotion
The promotion benefits are only available to vehicles purchased through company-designated dealers.

4.2 Non-Exchangeable
The promotion benefits cannot be exchanged for cash, discounts, gifts, or other items.

4.3 Collection and Use of Personal Information
By participating in this promotion, the customer agrees that the company may collect, use, or disclose the customer’s name, ID card and/or other information that can directly or indirectly identify the customer (“Personal Information”) for the purposes of this promotion.

4.4 Amendment of Terms
The company may change, modify, or supplement the terms of this promotion at any time based on actual circumstances and will provide prior notice through official company channels.
